Fred Neill, Ph.D.
Fred Neill earned a Master’s degree in Advanced Analytics from
North
Carolina State University, USA (2010), and earlier a Ph.D. in Electronic Computing
Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan. Fred is a technology veteran with
25+
years of industry experience of working in three continents (North America,
Australia,
and Asia) at industrial R&D labs and design engineering centers including
Hewlett-Packard, Canon, NTT, AT&T, Mitsubishi / Renesas, Qualcomm and Bank of
America.
Fred is an expert in AI and Machine learning (ML) solution architecture design and
development for transforming business organizations into more strategic, productive,
and
profitable entities.
Fred is the inventor or co-inventor of more than 10 US industrial patents granted by the
US
Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). He was also awarded by Hewlett-Packard R&D labs,
Japan and by SAS Institute, USA, for his original contributions to the advancements
of
science and technology.
Fred started his career as a Lecturer and then an Assistant Professor at Bangladesh
University of Engineering & Technology (B.U.E.T.), Dhaka, Bangladesh after earning a
Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from B.U.E.T.

Vice President of Global Strategy, Minerva Analytics Inc.
Ryan Neill is a forward-thinking strategist and technology executive focused on bringing
cutting-edge AI innovations to mission-critical industries.
As VP of Global Strategy at Minerva Analytics, he leads high-stakes partnerships and
international expansion efforts—most recently spearheading deployment initiatives for Theia,
Minerva’s AI video surveillance platform, in collaboration with defense and energy sector
clients.
Ryan’s work sits at the intersection of advanced AI, national security, and industrial
infrastructure. He has played a key role in shaping Minerva’s go-to-market strategy and in
securing technical validation from the U.S. Department of Defense. With a strong foundation
in analytical problem-solving and a deep understanding of market dynamics,
Ryan is driven by a mission to align transformative technology with real-world outcomes.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and brings a global perspective to every
partnership he builds.
